This is a Opportunity To Do plan

Plan Description:

Using a donated greenhouse from Sproutwell Greenhouses and soil donated by Debco our volunteers will grow vegetable and herb seedlings that we will sell monthly at a local Farmers Market with the profits going towards programs that benefit children and young people.

My Big reasons are:

We are building an enjoyable and sustainable way to generate ongoing income for our charity Opportunity To Do (o2d). Our funds go selected programs and projects that directly benefit children and young people to fulfill key areas we identified as being the basic rights of every child regardless of race, sex or religion.

Secondly, we want to offer opportunities for people to be connected to others through activities they enjoy which also enable to them to help change the lives of children through their efforts.

Programs funded generally fall into the following sectors: Mental Health, Education, Rehabilitation, Healthcare, Counselling, Mentoring and Recreation.

My plan will be a success when:

Our greenhouse is successfully growing vegetable and herb seedlings to sell at a local Farmers Market and we have traded for 4 consecutive months.
