Plan Description:

We have heard of THE POWER OF ONE. Let us release the magic in every person and experience THE POWER OF EVERYONE. Give out token MAGIC WANDS to empower each person to recognise they are magic and to emphasise that the magic is in the person, not in the wand.

My Big reasons are:

My life experience clearly found "magic" in every person in that every person can do things that I cannot do. For instance, I cannot be in every home and members of that family are there and so they can help or explain or whatever in a way I cannot. As a Principal of a school and in other places, I gave out a thousand or so "magic wands" as a motivational and appreciation tool to great effect. I recorded the presentations. People need to recognise their unique capabilities and use them for the benefit of themselves and all people.

My plan will be a success when:

Recognition of the "magic" in every person is widespread in my community and it is acted upon in a significant way. Further, that people beyond my local area implement some aspects of the plan.
