Things you should know about me:

My name is Manisha and I am an Engineering Student in Brisbane, Australia. I am from Sri Lanka and it is my goal to assist the people of the country, even in a small way. I have started this blog as a means of documenting the progress of the project and hopefully maybe inspire others to begin their own projects. I am truely passionate about the power of education and I have set up this project to provide students with basics such as books, pens and pencils.

What I'm interested in:

Humitarian work in particular education and engineering. I am studying engineering and am the president of the QUT University Chapter of Engineers Without Borders. It was through this involvment that my passion for humanitarian work grew and I started this project.
