Plan Description:

The PlanBig Team are "switching off for St John" and we want you to sponsor us to switch off our mobile phones for a whole day on August 31st, 2010 and raise money for charity. You can donate here now: http://www.gofundraise.com.au/PlanBigTeam

My Big reasons are:

People count on St John Volunteers to provide first aid help at community events across Victoria. Help us raise funds to provide vital equipment they need to help you when you need it most. Each and every year St John Ambulance's 3,000 plus volunteers assist Victorian's with first aid at community events, giving back over 250,000 hours and treating over 13,000 casualties. In times of crisis, St John volunteers are deployed to provide first aid during state emergencies and other disasters. Our 'Switch Off' goal is to help them help you.

My plan will be a success when:

We have gone a day without our mobile phones for this great cause and have raised $500 for St John Ambulance.
